外交禮物威士忌木箱設計—美國懷俄明州州長戈登訪台

威士忌很多，但不是每一瓶都可以送進總統府

美國懷俄明州州長戈登訪台，以當地的貝可沃得Backwards威士忌作為外交禮物～

謝謝貝可沃得Backwards品牌國內獨家經銷Ann的信任，以及入雲設計團隊非常給力，我們在非常短的時間內完成了這款威士忌木箱包裝，在時限內設計製作完成，送進總統府，堪稱是不可能的任務威士忌版。

設計結合了美國懷俄明州州旗中的野牛、懷俄明州簽名，以及帶有濃厚牛仔文化的西部工藝木作風格與花紋，並選用胡桃木與皮革把手搭配。

這個木箱包裝只有製作3組，送進總統府給「副總統—蕭美琴」、「外交部長—林佳龍」、「經濟部長—郭智輝」，連我都沒看過本人，也沒有自留，也進不去總統府，還好有這組照片！

Ann原本是不喝威士忌的人，每次喝都要喝一堆水喝得很撐很不舒服，直到在美國懷俄明州喝到這款精品小農威士忌，驚為天人，決定獨自代理進台灣，非常優質的威士忌，還有琴酒和伏特加。

本週來到 國立臺灣藝術大學 圖文傳播藝術學系 擔任大四畢業製作三審評圖老師，真的收穫滿滿～

看到學生們的作品，每個人都用自己的方式詮釋設計，從視覺到概念，都有許多亮點✨

畢業製作最有趣的，就是有時間及空間去創作任何「想法的可能性」，有些學生的表現已經超出學生的範疇，直接可以進入市場競爭了！但也有一些作品，能感受到創意很棒，但還缺少一點打磨，在給予回饋時也會思考拿捏 —— 要完全用業界的標準來看？還是留給他們更多探索的空間？

對我來說，這一直是個很值得思考的平衡點。

現實世界裡，設計不只是美感，還得符合市場、解決問題，甚至讓品牌能夠被看見，這是殘酷的競爭；但學生時期是最自由的創作時光，可以盡情實驗、嘗試不同的風格與敘事方式，而不是急著迎合商業需求。

所以，我會提醒自己，不只是給出「業界會怎麼看」的觀點，更多的是未來可以怎麼用自己的方式，在這個市場中找到定位，創造自己的價值。

這次的主視覺很有趣，打破原本括弧的用法，由「（）」的使用方式轉換為「）（」，也成為一種「擠」的獨特視覺符號。

進入社會後，每個設計師都會面對來自現實的擠壓：客戶的要求、商業的考量、自我懷疑⋯⋯但這些擠壓也是一種轉換的過程，讓我們學會如何在有限條件下，把想法推到最極限，擠出真正有影響力的創意。

期待這屆同學在未來的設計路上發光發熱，帶著這股能量持續探索、突破，走出自己的風格與價值！

第一次擔任設計賽事的評審，是很有趣的經驗，要評的作品真的超級多，覺得每一項作品都在用各種方式為自己發聲，有的很安靜、有的很張狂，有的很溫柔、有的很狂野，運用不同的色彩、媒材、文字來傳遞自己在乎的議題，馬不停蹄的評分時，每一分一秒的觀看，都是很多元有趣的過程。

透過比賽讓自己被看見，是一件很有意義的事，謝謝金和獎提供這樣的舞台，期許大家繼續用設計，在人生中的各個領域，發揮自己的影響力。

「畢製」，出社會前最後一次，得以用自己所關心的議題，或喜愛的事物恣意創作、深究探討，是專屬於設計系學生們的共同記憶。

謝謝總召同學的邀請，讓我獲得這一次難忘的經驗，第一次評畢製，過程中很難不想到5年前2019年準備參加新一代的自己，切換在學生和評審老師不同角色之間。

回想以前做畢製的時候，除了對一個議題更深究，在視覺呈現的各個環節，會有很多質疑自己的過程。順邏輯、找趨勢、跟流行、改手法、想方法、叼細節。修整雜亂多餘的部分，留下獨特又有力道的成果，還要配合老師的指導，真是一段漫長又艱辛的旅途。

這次換了一種身分，用評審老師的角度去觀看，彷彿一次次進入每一組的小世界，進到一個展間就像到他們的家中參觀，聽著同學們陳述自己作品時，那樣投入其中、熱情、好玩的氛圍，像是在分享一個自己很喜歡的收藏。講評的同時，覺得更像是一場交流，沒有絕對的對與錯，但彼此都有不同的觀點及看法。

「碰」（ @ntuagca.boooooom ）意味著新與舊碰撞的對話、交融的過程，各組包含了視覺傳達、產品設計、插畫動畫，也有時下流行的心理測驗、永續議題，月底新一代即將來臨，記得安排時間前往一探所有設計系學生的作品們。

設計教育可以提升品牌商業價值嗎？

今年一直很想挑戰 #企業內訓 的工作，也許是因為知道一些非設計公司的企業結構，大部分沒有一個主要的平面設計主管，或是老闆請了一位設計師，但也不確定做出來的品質是否有符合業界標準。

一方面是因為台灣教育體制中，對於美學的教育本就不足；另一方面是跨領域專精的能力本就不同；或是企業平面設計的需求量也沒有大到要建立一個完整部門，但總還是會有需要的時候，而外包又產生太多溝通成本。


我只是有個念頭，想為企業做設計教育的培訓，我想對許多企業會有很大的幫助，沒想到真的許願成功了～

起初先瞭解和討論企業需求、瞭解平時設計部需產出的項目主要是哪一些，再規劃從觀念到實作的課綱，只希望提供真正能提升內部運作的有效內容，包含提升整體執行效率、更精準的思考方向、更明確的素材選用方式。

作品集的評圖很有趣，因為可以看見每位同學透過自己的個性、特質、切入點，之於作品的呈現。能透過剪貼、盒玩、口袋書、壓克力、毛線，也有一般輸出、不同尺寸輸出、大海報輸出，無論是什麼載體，總能體現自己獨特的觀點。

評圖是一個很好的機會，無論是從老師們的意見還是同學的建議中，我們都應該保持開放的態度，讓他們視為改進和成長的機會，看見大家的創意和專業能力，期望大家繼續成長和突破！

畢業第3年 回大學母校分享

首先謝謝曉菲老師找我回去和學弟妹們分享，還因此認識了兩位比我大上10屆的優秀大學長們。一整天分上午和下午場兩個班，很充實！

在我收到邀請時，其實我很懷疑我真的有資格回去分享嗎？因為我大學時期在校園中其實蠻混的，甚至我對於大學體制中的設計系有很多意見，所以我都是向外尋求學習、實際工作學習居多。

而在這個同時，雖然想過休學、也延畢了，但也還是畢業了。所以我想我可以告訴同學們的是，學校成績或表現不代表你的價值，但既然選擇了，無論用什麼方法，要想辦法把它完成，永遠都要為自己的選擇負責任，才能成為一位獨立的大人。

這次分享的內容，都是我大學時期，和台下的大家同年紀時，沒有背景、沒有資源時所做的事情，是在座每一位同學立馬就可以執行、開始累積的一些指標，其實這些指標有點像投資自己、穩賺不賠的定期定額存股，隨著時間累積可以滾出一桶金。

而學生時期就開始累積實戰經驗最大的好處我覺得有幾個，「別人對你犯錯的容忍度高」、「沒有出社會工作的高速步調」、「畢業後減少學用落差」、「能力好不怕失業有底氣」。

最後老師說要給同學們一些建議，我給了幾個日常到不行又適合年輕人的：

❶ 多滑臉書跟IG，關注時事和最新資訊，別什麼都不知
❷ 跟上最新AI創作工具，讓他們成為自己的得力助手
❸ 多方涉略、增廣見聞、大量觀察、思考內化
❹ 累積實際經驗，喜歡就盡可能去嘗試、大膽冒險

希望同學們都可以活得精彩，找到可以發光發熱的舞台。

為迎接 2023 兔年的到來，由 MIDNIGHT DESIGN 半夜設計主辦，策劃了一場「卯兔 52 設計師賀卡創作聯展」，展覽以「祝賀」作為主題，邀請 52 位優秀的設計師、藝術家共同創作，一同發掘文化如何以設計的語彙重新詮釋。於台北仁愛圓環旁的咖啡廳「Bits & Pieces」免費開展中，為期 11 天，展至 1 月 18 日，本篇也將搶先介紹 7 位設計師的作品亮點，看看他們是如何以不同切角創作兔年賀卡。

最近限動動態回顧跳出去年這場濱江實驗中學的校園演講，發現這組照片一直沒有發。去年的這時候獨自一人忙到焦頭爛額，很多重要（發文）但不緊急的事情容易拖著拖著就忘了，這就是有沒有夥伴的差別。

一樣很謝謝我的數學老師季萱，和以前的表藝老師，現在的研發處主任安琪，找我回去分享2堂「設計思考」，現在國中的課程真的很多元！這個課是包含在一個多元課程「社區計畫」之中，真的很棒～

常常覺得像這樣自由的風氣、多元的課程很好，如果我是這些學生，在這樣的環境，比起以前應該會更有自信、更願意展現自己！但此話說說而已，人生不能從頭，只能說在自己這個年代的教育體制下，其實也為我造就了鋼鐵般的堅強心智和求生意志。

學生們很棒很可愛，很榮幸自己的濱江的校友！

謝謝 Jude 邀請我參與 世新大學圖傳系的評圖，這是我人生中第一次評圖，還能與兩位我心目中極為敬仰的前輩並肩，實在讓我又雀躍又緊張。站在評審老師的位置，和年輕的創作者們交流，感受到滿滿的創意能量，每個作品都充滿了想法與細節，讓我不禁回想起自己求學時期對設計的那份熱情與執著。

這次經驗不僅讓我學習到很多，也讓我更深入理解圖傳系的核心價值—不只是技術層面的表現，更是在影像、設計與視覺敘事之間建立有力的連結。每位學生的創作都反映了他們的觀察與思考，而我們在評圖時，也不只是給予建議，更是一種對話，幫助他們探索未來更多的可能性。

最令我感動的是，看到這些作品背後的努力與對美學的追求，彷彿自己也被這股創作能量激勵了。這次評圖不僅是一場交流，更是一種反思，提醒我創作的初衷，也讓我對未來的設計方向產生了更多靈感。

感謝這次難能可貴的機會，讓我站在不同的角度，看見新一代創作者的視野與突破，也期待未來能有更多機會，參與這樣充滿啟發與對話的設計交流！

從雲老闆到雲老師 第一個平面設計班級

​接這班之前真的猶豫很久，主要我沒有自信成為教職身分，覺得做設計和教設計完全兩回事，我又沒很愛一直講話，太挑戰了，但我知道這些都只是自己的想像，是不是真的不適合、太挑戰，做了才知道啊，沒做有什麼資格預設立場，然後就開啟了這個新領域。

從第一堂課帶大家寫學習設計承諾願景書、如何貢獻自己得到更多、要用如何的態度學習、跟大家說學習是自己的事老師不會檢查誰沒交作業，我想創造一個自主學習、有企圖心、互相幫助的班級，這裡不是來索取的，想要什麼樣的結果就得自己付出努力來創造。

發表這一天之前我很緊張，因為是我看結果的時刻，我如何創造班級，班級就會如何呈現，我很開心我創造我想要的結果，遇見大家是最棒的緣分，謝謝走到最後的你們，設計還有很多可以發掘的，堅持下去吧。

每次回去演講都會很好奇的問小朋友們，現在他們都在關注些什麼？其實不是像我們想像中的都是抖音，後面有一個影片是學生跳Black Pink給我看哈哈超乖，當然還有自肥影片，最後一張是他們跟我要IG一直看，所以他們在關注的，蠻多是IG、韓團歌手等等。

學生們很棒很可愛，很榮幸自己的濱江的校友！

​在這次展覽期間舉辦了兩場座談會，分享關於我平面設計的經歷、個人社群經營與這次蝕刻技法聯名的成果。

雖然之前也有幾次演講的經驗，但這是我第一場比較正式的公開售票演講，分享了我從大學接案到現在畢業一年開工作室的平面設計的經歷、社群經營分享和與造題設計的蝕刻技術合作成果。身為一個文字人在眾人面前說話還是很緊張，在事前幾次排練後慢慢找到最舒適真誠的講述方式，也在正式上場時準備了我最愛的蜂蜜啤酒搭配演講，會後也收到很多很棒的回饋！

「為工業加溫，用蝕刻說故事。」

在這個世界每個角落，都有值得被關注的議題，而我們用蝕刻作為語言，再結合不同類型的設計力，來分享一些值得關切的議題故事。

蝕刻－台灣的傳統工業產業之一，量產的標籤下總令人感到冰冷；但當工業與工藝、文化、議題結合，注入故事後的工業產品變得溫暖，蝕刻便不再只是單純的工業技術，反而能與大眾產生共鳴，更是乘載著故事的載體。

造題設計今年邀請了四個臺灣在地的設計品牌，一起來落實這個計畫！這次我們以「蝕刻」這項技法，作為串聯展覽與座談會的重要角色。

5月23日那天，與一群國高大學的弟妹們分享我的故事和經歷，從自我價值低落到人格特質的轉變，關於學生時期的挫折、關於大學接案的迷惘和突破、關於現在的願景，傳遞所有我走過的經驗和觀點，少有如此赤裸的分享。

真心的梳理、面對、傳遞自己的生命，並且能鼓舞到也正在途中的你們，是我最大的收穫和祝福了。

在我們的生命中時常會被貼上許多的標籤，偶爾感受起來像是種罪名，可能是因為個人特質，或是某一種身份，身為一個有在接案的大學生，也時常受到許多質疑和論斷，而我只想對這些人說，別為我的人生擔憂。

標籤不會消失，但也不需要為此停下腳步。

字型冊過去僅用於字型產品的檢索及校對，多以印刷文宣品（傳單）形式呈現，印刷文宣品的規格眾多，易造成使用上的不便，不論宣傳、包裝皆有諸多問題。而字型產品的數量隨時間增多，重新印製印刷文宣品的頻率大幅提升，造成不必要的紙張消耗及油墨汙染，對地球環境產生負擔。為改善此狀況，設計師針對「便利性」、「多樣化」及「環境保護」等重點，重新設計2020文鼎字型冊，完整收錄文鼎字型（ARPHIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD）30年來近千套字型，將其分類成四類，分別為《裝飾類》（#1 DECORATION）、《書法藝術類》（#2 CALLIGRAPHY）、《英歐文、複雜語系及合作字型類》（#3 COLLECTION OF DESIGN）、《經典字型類》（#4 CLASSICS），以四種規格組合成冊，搭配可拆式夾釘組裝，具創意及設計感。

其實想到大一下學期開始接案至今真的經歷了很多，我可能也有不是文章中寫的我那麼堅強的時候，也不一定是同年齡當中最優秀的設計，在往目標邁進的同時也常有來自外界的干擾，或是自我懷疑、低潮的時候，但我始終相信自己是獨特的，也許除了技術之外，執行力和自信以及勇氣，也就是我們內心的核心價值，我們追求的是什麼，那個中心思想，才是帶領我們往前進的關鍵，當然也必須時時檢討以及審視自己，不斷的在不同面向的環節，一點一點修正，長時間的累積能看見自己的成長。

我從小到大都蠻不務正業的，國高中別人在唸書我在畫畫，大學進入系所別人在玩和畫畫我在外面接商業案，隨心所欲四個字蠻適合形容我的，因為我不是很想勉強自己做不認同的事，當然也沒有不認同別人在做的事（不要誤會我X D），這些大學時期的日子我可能沒什麼在學校社交，學業也沒有顧得很完美還差四學分延畢，但我不會說自己犧牲了什麼，因為是我自己選擇的，即便看盡各種社會黑暗，內心恐懼之餘其實也覺得有趣，能經歷到別人沒見過的事情，也算是我的幸運吧？！也許會選擇接案都有點自虐傾向，總是希望能在自我折磨過後看見那一絲曙光，例如客戶美好的回饋、一場演講的機會，或是這一篇專訪，自己的理念能受到認同，對我們來說都是一種肯定。

我一直很希望能把自己的經驗分享給對這個領域也有興趣的朋友，希望可以互相幫助與交流，一方面也只是單純覺得有趣，不是因為覺得自己多優秀，是因為我也曾受到許多前輩的幫忙，同時我也樂於分享，我不怕把資源分享給別人，因為我說過執行力才是關鍵，這是一條辛苦未知但又能自我滿足的路程，讓我們都能透過熱愛的事物，大膽的冒險。

給國二學生們的《關於設計》

21歲，人生第一場設計分享演講，獻給國中母校七年級的學生。今天出門前才掐指一算，我離七年級居然約莫10年了！想當初我也是呆呆的國中生，大概是全班數一數二呆的吧，但也是一心一意愛著畫畫，從沒想過會有今天這樣的場景，或是說有幻想過但不知道會來得那麼快，不知道我在台上所說的設計，在同學們眼裡是什麼樣貌，因為我在這個年紀時並沒有人告訴我設計是什麼，但沒人告訴我也好，我才有了追尋的渴望，即便是現在，依然在追尋。

願我就繼續當個探險家，不婉拒迎面而來的任何挑戰，希望能帶著這份影響力去感染更多愛好設計的後輩，雖然時常開玩笑珍惜生命遠離設計，但還是期望能在學弟妹對於設計這條路不被認可、遭受挫折之際，堅持自己的所選所愛。完全能夠明白被「學科之外都不重要」思想不自由不舒服的綑綁，教育環境與家長帶來的壓力與負評、資訊量龐大的世代接收訊息的過濾，不要說一代不如一代，我們都在不同的時代面臨各自的挑戰。

台下這些學生10年後，到我這即將大學畢業的年紀，不知道那時設計在台灣會是如何形狀，但抱持盼望並且在乎著，是我的信念。
